  • I will listen, question, support and challenge you

  • Our sessions will help you identify your goals, break down limiting assumptions and foster your self-belief

  • We will explore options, devise actions, nurture progression, excellence and change

  • Coaching is not mentoring and I will not tell you what to do but I will apply my professional experience and understanding to influence my questions

  • At appropriate times I may offer suggestions if they might shed light on issues but the decision as to whether they are relevant or helpful lies with you

  • Coaching is a powerful process which enables you to become the best you can be

 

My experience of working with Penny has been fantastic! Penny has helped me to think, to reflect on what and how I am doing things, to look at myself from the outside in. The coaching has given me confidence in my thought process whilst also giving me more self-awareness as she has assisted me to work through various challenges.
